I liked very quick check-in.
The room was brand-new with a comfortable bed and a walk-in shower and a shower in the bathroom. The location was nice, right by all shops and arcades, restaurants in the centre of Orange and within walking distance to shops, in a shopping area.

the bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the spacious layout, especially the big windows. being centrally located made it easy for us to explore the area, and the early check-in was a nice touch. we also enjoyed having off-street parking available and found the heating perfect for the chilly weather. the breakfast option was a bonus, and overall, the experience was quite enjoyable.
Nothing major, just a bit of a noisy coffee maker ☕.

the grate was a mess, and water went everywhere! Plus, the bed was uncomfortable, making it hard to relax. I really expected more from this place.

The room on the ground floor, while a bit tight, provided a comfortable and quiet retreat; I hardly heard any other guests or traffic, allowing for a restful experience.
One minor drawback was the limited natural light in the room, which made it feel a tad more closing than I would have preferred. this didn't significantly impact my overall enjoyment of the space.

The room felt cozy and inviting, with a comfy bed that made it hard to leave in the morning. Loved the modern amenities like the big TV and free Wi-Fi; made the stay enjoyable for the kids too.
The shower cubicle was a bit tight for comfort, but others might not mind.

The Mercure is centrally located, clean, and comfortable. The rooms are warm and well-equipped, perfect for an overnight stay. Bed linen is cozy, and there's additional parking space available. The bathroom is spacious, and toiletries are eco-friendly. Quick check-in process, and complimentary water daily adds a nice touch.
Parking is sometimes inconvenient. Walls are thin, allowing noise through.
